The Metropolis House is located in the less touristy part of the Inner City, next to the popular suburbian area of Zugló. The building faces two silent side streets, Százház St. and Jobbágy St.

Metropolis House is being built in an infrastructually very developed area, close to all amenities. The already excellent public transportation access will be enhanced by the building of the 4th metro line which will have two stations in the vicinity.

The City Park, several bigger shopping malls and world class sport facilities are in the closer neighbourhood of the building.
