• (Not older than 30 days) ownership certification
• (Not older than 90 days) plot, copy of map
• Layout, insurance policy, confirmation of payments
• Agreement of right of common
• Registration of marriage, children’s birth certificates
• Bank statement
• Operating account
  

By purchasing property:

• Sale contract
• Declaration of seller
• Justification of notary
  

By construction/expansion/modernization/renovation:

• Building permit, plan documentation and permits
• Budget
• Payment schedule
  

If mortgage application is by statement of income:

• (Not older than 30 days) Statement of income
• By pensioner (granny bonds)
• By entrepreneur ( statement of income), last year’s return of income
  

Optional documents:

• Agreement of statutory regime
• Statement of legal separation
• Statement of divorce
• Sale contract of sold property
• By foreigners: all permits of purchasing property in Hungary
• By foreigners: statements and credit check from their country
